RBT Responsibilities
Implement behavior intervention plans under BCBA supervisionAttend supervision sessions, phone calls, and team meetings as neededCollect accurate data using our electronic system (training provided)Engage positively with clients and their families
Qualifications
RBT Certification (Required)Minimum 8 months of ABA therapy experienceHigh School Diploma or equivalentStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProfessionalism under pressureActive listening and problem-solving skills
