Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized ABA therapy programs.Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapists.Conduct assessments and create behavior intervention plans.Collaborate with families to set goals and monitor progress.Ensure compliance with ethical guidelines and best practices.
Qualifications
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.Current BCBA® certification in Texas.Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).Strong leadership and communication skills.Compassionate and family-centered approach.
