What You'll Do
Direct Client SupportDeliver ABA therapy in homes, schools, communities, or clinicsTeach communication, social, and daily living skillsImplement individualized treatment plans under BCBA supervisionTrack Progress & Maintain QualityCollect, organize, and document session data accurately
Collaborate & Communicate
Work closely with BCBAs, team members, and familiesParticipating in team meetings and ongoing training
Support Operations
Assist with administrative and clinical support tasks as needed
Requirements
What We're Looking For
Required
High school diploma or equivalent6+ months of relevant experience (including internships or related roles)Availability during afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidaysReliable transportation with valid driver's license and insuranceAbility to pass background checks, drug screening, and driving record reviewNJ candidates must be at least 21 years of age and have a minimum of 1 year of experience working with children, in healthcare, or in a related field
Position-Specific
Behavior Technician (BT): Complete a 40-hour paid training program over 2 consecutive weeks (at the same rate of pay), followed by precepting (hands-on supervision), and pass the RBT exam within 45 days (up to 3 weeks total)Registered Behavior Technician (RBT): Active certification in good standing; 1 week of paid training followed by precepting (hands-on supervision) (up to 2 weeks total)Training availability (BT / RBT): Must be available Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Preferred
Experience in childcare, education, or related fieldsExperience working with children or adolescentsPrior exposure to ABA services
