Qualifications
Current Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification (required)
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
Reliable transportation
A passion for working with children and individuals with disabilities
Ability to build rapport, engage clients, and make learning fun
Willingness to learn, grow, and work both independently and as part of a team
What You'll Do
As a Registered Behavior Technician, you'll provide high-quality, one-on-one ABA therapy that helps children develop communication, social, play, daily living, and independence skills. Working closely with families and your supervising BCBA, you'll make a meaningful impact by supporting each child's growth and celebrating their progress every step of the way.
Schedule
Full-Time and Part-Time positions available. We are currently hiring for after-school, daytime, and weekend availability.
