Job Responsibilities
Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). Collect data on behavior and skill acquisition during sessions using our Rethink software.
Communicate with behavior analysts and coordinators to ensure accurate and timely reporting of progress. Complete daily progress notes and maintain accurate records to monitor client progress effectively.
What We Offer Competitive Pay: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (pay rates commensurate with ABA experience) Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance for full-time employees—status achieved with a minimum of 25 hours per week.
