Position:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will be managed and supervised by an experienced BCBA as you implement life-changing care directly in the child’s home. You will work directly with clients, helping them learn new skills and reach key developmental milestones.
What You’ll Do:
Provide in-person behavior intervention services in a child’s home settingImplement behavior intervention and skill acquisition plans to help children thriveCollect and record data on child behaviors. Help track progress and celebrate milestones using proprietary technologyPartner closely with your BCBA and help inform treatment plans and to effectively implement treatment plans specific to each client’s needsFollow Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) guidelines and codes of conductWhat You Bring:
Minimum high-school degree or equivalentMinimum 6 months of ABA experience preferredActive RBT certification requiredMust pass a background check, MVR, OIG, and Federal / State required healthcare sanction checksA reliable car, proof of auto insurance, and a valid driver’s license requiredTB test and proof of other health screenings/immunizations required
Physical Requirements:
Mindful and attentive to the safety of the client and surroundingsSustained physical activity may be required for up to 60 minutesBehavior therapy activities may require playing and interacting with clients on the floorActivities may involve walking, running, long periods of standing, kneeling, crawling, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
