About the Role
Prime Path ABA is hiring an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent, single-client case in Colorado Springs. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for stable weekly hours with strong clinical support.
You’ll be providing 1:1 ABA therapy in a home or community setting under the supervision of a BCBA.
Schedule
Wednesdays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Consistent weekly case
Opportunity to pick up additional hours if desired
Responsibilities
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy
Implement individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA
Collect and record accurate session data
Follow behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Communicate professionally with caregivers and supervisors
Maintain HIPAA compliance at all times
Requirements
Active RBT Certification (REQUIRED)
CPR Certification (REQUIRED)
Prior ABA experience (strongly preferred)
Reliable transportation
Ability to commit consistently to the schedule
Strong communication and professionalism
