About the Role:
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) to implement personalized behavior treatment plans. Your responsibilities will include:
Implementing ABA treatment protocols and strategies in the home and community settingsCollecting and recording data on client behavior and progressAssisting with adapting treatment plans based on client feedback and progressMaintaining accurate and detailed records of client treatment and progressCollaborating with Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and other therapy team members to ensure high-quality treatmentProviding a nurturing and supportive environment for clients and their families
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
RBT certification (or willingness to obtain within 6 months of hire date)High school diploma or equivalentAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekendsStrong communication and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move equipment and supplies (up to 25 pounds)
