· Licensed with the BACB and Nevada ABA Board is a plus.
· Experience providing direct support to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our team. The RBT will work directly with children and individuals with autism, implementing behavior intervention plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). This role is crucial in providing high-quality patient care and promoting positive behavioral changes through applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques.
Duties
Implement individualized treatment plans based on the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Work closely with children and their families to educate them on behavioral strategies and techniques.
Collect and maintain accurate data on patient progress and behavior changes.
Assist in the development of treatment goals and objectives tailored to each individual’s needs.
Maintain confidentiality of all patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with other professionals, including educators and therapists, to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.
Provide support in special education settings as needed, fostering an inclusive environment for all students.
Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills in behavioral therapy.
