Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a full-time Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Colonial Heights, VA clinic.

Schedule:
Monday – Friday
Full-time clinic-based position
Responsibilities:
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in a clinic setting
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
Support communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skill development
Collect and record behavioral data accurately
Follow behavior intervention and safety plans
Collaborate with supervising clinicians and caregivers
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
High school diploma or equivalent required
Experience providing ABA therapy preferred
Reliable transportation required
Strong communication and professionalism required
Must be dependable, patient, and compassionate
Ability to pass required background checks
