Hannah’s Gift ABA is hiring compassionate and dependable team members to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism throughout the Edwards, Colorado area.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible caseload options based on availability and experience.
Pay: $24–$32 per hour, based on experience

What You’ll Do
Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data
Collaborate with experienced BCBAs and other clinical team members
Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and fellow RBTs
Help create a positive and supportive experience for each client
Depending on experience, assist with mentoring and training newer RBTs and BTs

Qualifications
A current or previously held RBT certification, experience working as a Behavior Technician, or active progress toward obtaining RBT certification is required
Previous experience providing ABA services is strongly preferred
Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the Edwards area
Dependable, professional, patient, and collaborative
Comfortable working closely with children, families, BCBAs, and other clinical team members
