What You’ll Do
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans as directed by the BCBA.
Assist in the assessment and development of care plans tailored to each client’s needs.
Provide direct support to children in various settings, including home, school, and community environments.
Educate clients and their families about behavioral strategies and techniques to promote positive behavior changes.
Maintain accurate medical documentation and progress notes in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in treatment approaches across different environments.
Monitor client progress and report any significant changes or concerns to the supervising BCBA.
What We’re Looking For
Experience working with children autism or developmental disabilities preferred
Familiarity with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a positive, growth-oriented mindset
Ability to follow care plans and contribute to individualized treatment goals
Comfort with documentation and compliance requirements
