Autism Center of Excellence is hiring a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for our Durham, NC clinic.
We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and energetic RBT to join our clinic team and help children with autism build meaningful skills and independence through high-quality ABA therapy.

Position Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to children with autism under BCBA supervisionImplement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategiesCollect and record session data accuratelySupport development of communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skillsMaintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environmentCollaborate with supervisors and clinical team regarding client progress
Schedule Requirements
Monday–Friday | 9:00 PM – 6:00 PM
Minimum availability we can accept is 3:00pm - 6:00pm (this would be considered part-time)
Requirements • Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
Prior ABA or child-related experience requiredStrong communication and professionalism requiredMust be reliable, patient, energetic, and team-orientedPassion for working with children with autism and developmental needs
