Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Responsibilities
As an RBT / Behavior Technician, you will:
Provide ABA therapy to children diagnosed with autism
Deliver individualized behavioral interventions under BCBA supervision
Implement skill-building programs focused on:
Communication skills
Social skills
Play skills
Adaptive and daily living skills
Behavior reduction strategies
Collect accurate session data using company-provided technology
Follow treatment plans created by Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
Collaborate with families, caregivers, supervisors, and clinical teams
Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Minimum Qualifications
✔ High school diploma or GED

✔ Ability to complete required ABA training and supervision requirements
