Ripple Effects Autism Learning Center, LLC is seeking fun, energetic individuals to work full-time (M-F, 8:45am – 4:15pm) providing evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis therapy to children with autism spectrum and related disorders.
Job Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one instruction to children ages 2-6 who have been diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder.Implement educational programs and behavior interventions as designed by a Behavior Analyst Supervisor.Promote the development of functional communication skills (i.e. speaking and using assistive communication devices).Provide instruction on social skills (i.e. social interactions, play behavior, and conversational skills).Support independence with adaptive living skills (daily routines).Qualifications:
Minimum high school diploma40 hour RBT training (to be completed on the job)Strong desire to work with children with special needs, preferably autismTechnology proficientAbility to lift at least 50lbsComfortable receiving constructive performance feedbackWe offer:
