Every child has a treatment team consisting of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and behavior therapist to ensure the most comprehensive services are provided. Responsibilities
Implement individualized ABA programming supervised by BCBAsExecute behavior intervention plans directly with clients utilizing ABA interventionImplement treatment plans based on client needs and goals.Apply principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges and promote positive behavior change.Teach skills using discrete trial teaching and natural environment teaching, modifying as neededAttend regular meetings, training, and opportunities to stay current on best practices in the field of ABACollect data on client behaviors and skills / writing session notes within appropriate timelineProvide exceptional clinical services to ensure client progressComply with all company policies and proceduresRequirements
High school diploma or GED requiredAbility to work independently and part of a teamOrganizational and time management skillsMust pass background checkValid driver's license and reliable transportationProficiency in applied behavior analysis (ABA) principles and strategies.Maintain professionalism in client home/school environmentsNice-to-haves
RBT Certification PreferredAssociates or Bachelor's degree in psychology, education, applied behavior analysis, or related field preferred
