Job description: Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Giving Growth Therapy At Giving Growth Therapy, we are dedicated to helping children and families thrive through compassionate, evidence-based care. We’re seeking Registered Behavior Technicians(RBT)’s who are passionate about making a difference and growing in their careers.
Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 support to children in home, school, and community settings.
Implement treatment plans under BCBA supervision.
Collect accurate data and track progress.
Communicate with families and supervisors on learner progress.
Participate in training and maintain RBT certification.
Work directly within CentralReach for session notes and treatment plans.
Qualifications: RBT certification
CPR certification
Passion for working with children;
experience with autism a plus.
Reliable transportation and clean driving record.
Experience with CentralReach is a plus Benefits: $25–$28/hour
