Hannah's Gift ABA is hiring a compassionate and dependable team member to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in the Carbondale area.
We offer both full-time and part-time opportunities, with flexible caseload options based on availability and experience. Spanish-speaking candidates are strongly encouraged to apply — bilingual skills are a significant advantage when supporting the many Spanish-speaking families we serve in the Carbondale area.
Pay: $24–$34 per hour, based on experience
Location: Carbondale, Colorado

What You'll Do
Provide individualized ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA
Implement treatment plans and collect accurate session data
Collaborate with several experienced BCBAs and other clinical team members
Communicate professionally with families, supervisors, and fellow RBTs
Help create a positive and supportive experience for each client
Depending on experience, assist with mentoring and training newer RBTs and BTs

Qualifications
A current or previously held RBT certification, experience working as a Behavior Technician, or active progress toward obtaining RBT certification is required
Previous experience providing ABA services is strongly preferred
Bilingual English and Spanish is preferred
Reliable transportation and the ability to work in the Carbondale area
Dependable, professional, patient, and collaborative
Comfortable working closely with children, families, BCBAs, and other clinical team members
