Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBT) to provide high-quality ABA therapy for children with autism. Positions offer flexible hours, growth opportunities, and supportive guidance to pursue clinical goals.
RBTs will deliver 1:1 services in home or clinic settings, follow treatment plans written by BCBA supervisors, and participate in staff meetings and trainings. A vehicle and valid driver's license are required for travel between locations.
