Our methods draw from the principles of the Early Start Denver Model (ESDM), a play-based form of Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapy. By joining our team as an RBT, you'll contribute significantly to our mission-driven care model.
Key Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children aged 2-6 in our clinic, adhering to the profession's high standards Implement intervention plans crafted by our expert Masters-level clinicians, ensuring alignment with Applied Behavioral Analysis therapy principles Foster relationships with families, consistently updating them on their child's progress within the ABA framework Engage in ongoing training and development, keeping up-to-date with advancements in ABA therapy and RBT certification Qualifications: High school diploma, or equivalent, is required. Strong preference for either enrollment in or completion of a degree program. Bonus for degrees in Child Development, Psychology, or related fields Ability to achieve and maintain RBT certification (Soar will provide paid training) Previous experience with children and enjoyment working with children Ability to work on a team Must have reliable transportation to both training location and local center.
