Job Summary
Join our dedicated team at Kiwi Kids ABA as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) and play a vital role in transforming lives through evidence-based behavioral interventions. As an RBT, you will work closely with individuals with developmental disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, to promote positive behavior change and skill development.
Responsibilities
Implement ABA programs under BCBA supervisionTeach communication, social, and daily living skillsUse positive reinforcement to support behavior changeCollect simple data to track progressSupport independence with ADLs as appropriateMaintain accurate documentation and confidentiality
Requirements
RBT certification or willingness to obtain (support provided)Experience with children or developmental disabilities preferredCompassionate, reliable, and professionalStrong communication skills
