Gold Vine ABA, a Sunshine ABA company, is hiring a BCaBA for our clinic-based team in Augusta, Georgia.
This is an in-person role with full-time or part-time options. This is not a remote position. We welcome student analysts!

What You’ll Do
Provide clinic-based ABA services under BCBA supervision
Assist with assessments, treatment plans, and program updates within scope
Support individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans
Help supervise, train, and support RBTs under BCBA oversight
Review client data and communicate progress with the supervising BCBA
Assist with parent and caregiver training as appropriate
Collaborate with families, RBTs, BCBAs, and clinic staff
Maintain documentation according to BACB, payer, and clinic standards
What We’re Looking For
Required:
Active BCaBA certification
Bachelor’s degree in ABA, psychology, education, or related field
Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Ability to work in person at our Augusta, Georgia clinic
Commitment to ethical, family-centered ABA care
CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain
Preferred:
Experience supporting RBTs
Clinic-based ABA experience
Interest in continued growth, mentorship, or future BCBA certification
