Responsibilities:
Implement ABA therapy programs under BCBA supervision across home, school, and center-based settingsCollect accurate session data and enter documentation into Rethink within 24 hours of each sessionMaintain consistent fidelity to individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Participate in the 7-day and 30-day new hire check-in processMaintain professional communication with families and report observations to supervising BCBASkills:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience working with children with developmental disabilitiesCurrent RBT certificationExperience with ABA data collection and session documentationStrong communication and interpersonal skillsPatience, creativity, and genuine passion for supporting the autism communityBenefits:
