Desired Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification, with appropriate state licensure
Previous experience in an educational setting (elementary, middle, or high school)
Strong understanding of implementing and monitoring behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
Skill in conducting assessments such as FBAs, and interpreting the results to guide interventions
Responsive communicator, able to effectively collaborate across teams and with families
Commitment to ethical practice and ongoing professional growth
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and design individualized intervention plans
Work directly with students to build behavioral and academic skills
Provide training and ongoing support to teachers and paraprofessionals on best practices in behavior analysis
Monitor student progress, adjust strategies as needed, and maintain detailed documentation
Foster a positive, inclusive environment to support the diverse needs of every learner
Serve as an integral resource in team meetings and IEP development
