Licensed Behavior Analyst/BCBA
At Carlyle Center, we provide behavioral services to families of children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ranging from 18 months to 18 years of age. We are currently looking for a dynamic, collaborative, and caring Licensed Behavior Analyst to join our team.
This is not your usual Licensed Behavior Analyst role, in that you’ll be joining an evolving, and small team. We care deeply about the people we work beside, and the families we support.
While your primary focus will be the oversight and supervision of several Registered Behavior Technicians, you will also partake in some 1:1 therapy to stay fully in touch with families, and work of the RBTs.
As a Licensed Behavior Analyst, we are looking for someone who is deeply dedicated to the field, and interested in working alongside our Clinical Director in a collaborative, strategic way.

Summary of Essential Job Functions of the licensed Behavior Analyst:
Conducting assessment activities for behavioral interventionsDesigning, executing and monitoring behavioral analysis and therapy treatment programsOverseeing implementation of behavioral analysis programs by other Company employeesTraining, designing behavioral systems, and performance managementFacilitating parent meetings & training to ensure consistencyCompleting comprehensive goals for ClientsCompleting reports for all documentation requirements related to reimbursementCompleting an accurate weekly log of all billable interactions and billable Service hours for the Client chart and reporting all information to CompanyWorking collaboratively with the entire Carlyle Center teamStaying current with research and new methodologiesWorking in tandem with the Clinical Director of Company
Minimum Requirements needed to apply for the Licensed Behavior Analyst position:
Valid Licensed Behavior Analyst in State of MichiganKnowledge of behavior analysis and autismAbility to maintain caseload of billable hoursA caring individual, with an entrepreneurial spirit remaining deeply connected to the fieldManagerial experienceAbility to communicate effectivelyWillingness to step in to 1:1 therapy as a leader of the organization, and dedication to maintaining the very best careAbility to bend, squat, push/pull 30 pounds as needed to assist with therapy services.
