Overview
Siwa Center LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) – Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) to join our growing EIDBI team. The ideal candidate will provide clinical leadership, oversee Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services, supervise staff, and support children and families receiving Early Intensive Developmental and Behavioral Intervention (EIDBI) services throughout Minnesota.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) for EIDBI services.
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff.
- Monitor client progress through ongoing data collection and treatment plan reviews.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals to ensure coordinated care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with Minnesota DHS requirements, HIPAA, and agency policies.
- Participate in intake assessments and establish individualized treatment goals.
- Promote high-quality, ethical ABA services and positive client outcomes.
Qualifications
- Active Minnesota Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license.
- Eligible to serve as a Qualified Supervising Professional (QSP) under Minnesota EIDBI requirements.
- Experience providing ABA services to children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities preferred.
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Previous supervision experience is preferred but not required.
Compensation
- $85–$95 per hour (based on experience)
- Flexible schedule
- Remote work available for qualified candidates, with occasional in-person responsibilities as needed.
