Conduct functional behavior assessments (EFL, VB- MAPP, ABLLS- R, PEAK, etc)
Develop function-based treatment plans that target maladaptive behaviors, core deficits, and highlight client strengths.
Create treatment plans, document session notes and submit progress summaries.
Collaborate with Clinical Director, as well as other disciplines to maximize treatment outcomes.
Observe and maintain HIPAA confidentiality and implement safeguards for all patient-related information-.
Train and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT) to successfully apply the principles of behavior analysis.
Provide treatment protocol modification for client's program on a minimum monthly basis.
Provide Applied Behavior Analysis therapy services and training to staff and parents/guardians to include case conceptualization, behavioral assessments, graphing and progress monitoring.
Submit all written reports to the clinical supervisor/director for review thirty (30) days prior to authorization expiration.
Comply with monthly supervision requirements.
Maintain licensure and certifications as well as annual trainings as designated by the organization and regulatory agencies.
Ensure that all consultation complies with regulatory, professional, ethical, state, and organizational policies and procedures.

Qualifications
Must hold a valid license as an Assistant Behavior Analyst
Board Certification as an Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA)
Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis
Experience in patient care and assessment
Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical documentation
Ability to conduct diagnostic evaluations
Familiarity with behavioral therapy and working with individuals with developmental disabilities, autism, and special education backgrounds
