The Lead BCBA provides high-quality ABA services while serving as a clinical leader and mentor for the BCBA team. This role supports clinical excellence, ensures quality and compliance, and works closely with the Clinical Director to help grow and strengthen the organization’s clinical services.

Responsibilities
Maintain a reduced caseload and provide direct clinical services.
Mentor and support BCBAs through coaching and case consultation.
Assist with onboarding and training new BCBAs.
Review treatment plans, assessments, and clinical documentation for quality and compliance.
Ensure services meet BACB, payer, and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with Operations and the Clinical Director to improve clinical processes.
Support families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure excellent client outcomes.
Promote a positive, collaborative clinical culture.
Qualifications
Current BCBA certification and applicable state licensure.
Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of BCBA experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Previous experience mentoring clinicians is preferred.
Must reside in the State of Colorado

Pay: $90,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
