The hourly pay rate starts at $21/hour and onwards based on experience in the field.
Key provides services for children on the autism spectrum directly under the guidance and supervision of a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). This position is working in-home implementing ABA (applied behavior analysis) therapy and counselling programs established by a BCBA.
Depending on your location, most of the cases are after school hours, so you must have a flexible schedule for morning, afternoon, and evening shifts.
Behavior Therapist Job Responsibilities:
Provide one on one (1:1) in-home Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) therapyCollect behavior and skill acquisition data during sessionsConduct discrete trials, implement behavior support, and treatment plansWork collaboratively with a BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) Supervisor to implement basic principles and teaching procedures of ABA therapyBe responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families and supervisorsBe goal-oriented and maintain professionalism in all aspects of your workArrive on time and be prepared for therapy sessionsGrowth Opportunities and Incentives Offered to RBT:
