We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join our growing team! As a BCBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services.
What You'll Do
As a BCBA or BCaBA on our team, you’ll play a vital role in delivering compassionate, evidence-based behavioral health services. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilitiesDeveloping and implementing individualized behavior intervention and treatment plansProviding one-on-one therapy and family supportSupervising and mentoring BTs/RBTs to ensure consistent, high-quality careCollaborating with interdisciplinary teams to create well-rounded care solutionsMaintaining accurate and confidential documentation (HIPAA-compliant)Staying informed on current research and best practices in behavioral health
What You Bring

BCBA or BCaBA CertificationMaster’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a related fieldExperience working with children and individuals with autism or developmental disabilitiesStrong clinical and interpersonal communication skillsEmpathy, patience, and a commitment to client-centered careReliable transportationActive CPR Certification (we'll help you get certified if needed)Ability to pass a background check (required by funding sources)Willingness and physical ability to work directly with children (lift up to 50 lbs, kneel, sit on the floor, etc.)
