RBTs provide one-on-one behavioral interventions and teach social, daily living, and communication skills. Responsibilities:
Follow the individual treatment plan written by the supervising BCBAUtilize the CentralReach practice management system to record, collect, and maintain clinical dataCompletes session documentation in a thorough and timely mannerManage challenging behavior professionally and with compassionCollaborate with your BCBA, client families, and other community stakeholders under the direction of a supervisorCommunicates any relevant information from sessions to the BCBAProvides services in both the home, clinic, and community settingsQualifications:
Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) certification (Must be Active)Valid driver’s license and transportationHigh school diploma or GED equivalentProfessional demeanor and a positive “can-do” attitudePass a Background Check and Drug ScreenBasic computer skillsFlexibility and able to adapt quickly based on circumstancesReliable transportation and willingness to travel to client session locationsProfessional and dependablePhysical Demands:
The physical demands described here are representative and not all-inclusive. The employee is regularly required to talk or hear and frequently required to stand and use their hands and fingers. Lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 25 lbs. may also be required.
Working Environment:
Travel is required between client homes, clinics, and community locations. Afternoon and evening availability is preferred.
