As a BCBA, you will make a meaningful impact every day by providing individualized, evidence-based ABA services that help children build lifelong skills.
Responsibilities as a BCBA include:
Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and comprehensive skills assessmentsDevelop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)Design, implement, and modify ABA treatment programsSupervise and mentor Behavior Technicians (BTs) and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Analyze treatment data and adjust programming based on client progressCoach parents and caregivers to promote success beyond therapy sessionsCollaborate with physicians, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, educators, and interdisciplinary care teamsMonitor client progress and celebrate meaningful milestones with familiesA Hybrid Schedule That Gives You Flexibility

Base Salary: $90,000–$100,000 annually
Bonus Opportunity: Earn $80–$90/hour for billable hours beyond your weekly goal.

Reasonable Pay Estimate
A reasonable estimate of the pay range for this position is $90,000-$100,000 per year. There are numerous factors taken into consideration in determining the actual offered rate of pay, including but not limited to: job-related qualifications, experience, skills, education, geographic location, and consideration of internal and experience equity.
