What You'll Do
Provide 1:1 in-home ABA therapy for youth under 21Implement individualized behavior treatment plans designed by a BCBACollect data and complete session notesCoach and support parents and caregiversCollaborate with schools, social services, physicians, and other professionalsParticipate in ongoing supervision and professional development
What We're Looking For
High School Diploma (required)Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Early Childhood Education, or related field (preferred)At least 1 year of experience working with children (special needs experience preferred)Availability for evenings and weekendsAbility to obtain RBT certification within 90 days (we provide training!)Reliable transportation, internet access, and strong computer skillsAbility to pass background checks and meet driving requirements
