Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and relationship-driven Community Outreach Coordinator/RBT to join our growing in-home ABA team in Colorado. As a startup organization, this role will initially focus on community outreach, relationship building, and business development efforts. As the organization grows and clients begin services, this position will gradually transition into a blended role that includes both direct ABA services and outreach responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
Build and maintain relationships with pediatricians, physicians, schools, daycares, therapists, and community organizationsConduct outreach visits to referral sources and community partnersRepresent the organization at community events, networking opportunities, resource fairs, and outreach activitiesHelp increase awareness of in-home ABA services within the local communitySupport referral tracking and lead follow-up effortsAssist with community engagement initiatives and grassroots marketing effortsSupport family inquiries and assist in creating a welcoming experience for prospective familiesMaintain outreach materials and assist with distribution of marketing resources
Clinical/RBT Responsibilities (As Caseload Develops):
Provide direct ABA therapy services to clients in-home under BCBA supervisionImplement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategiesCollect and accurately document session dataCollaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers to support client progressMaintain professionalism, ethical standards, and high-quality care delivery
Administrative & Startup Support:
Assist leadership with startup initiatives and operational support as neededSupport implementation of new processes and systemsHelp identify opportunities for growth and community partnershipsParticipate in team meetings and ongoing training
Requirements:
Current RBT certificationExperience working with children, preferably in ABA or related fieldsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and stay organized without consistent on-site supervisionComfortable networking and building relationships in the communityReliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
