Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Develop individualized treatment plans and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
Supervise and mentor Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
Analyze clinical data and adjust treatment strategies as needed
Collaborate with families, caregivers, schools, and multidisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with BACB ethical standards and best practices
Maintain accurate and timely documentation
QualificationsRequired
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a clinical team
Preferred
Active state licensure where applicable
Experience supervising RBTs and ABA programs
Experience supporting individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
Multi-state licensure is a plus
Pay: $60.00 - $90.00 per hour
