East Bay CDC is a mission-driven pediatric therapy center serving over 300 families in the East Bay. Our Early ABA program is looking for a BCBA who genuinely loves working with little ones - and the people who support them. If you light up when you're coaching a BT through a tricky moment, get excited about progress data, and would happily bond with your team over a taco lunch, you might be exactly who we're looking for!
About the role
As Clinical Supervisor for our Early ABA Program, you'll lead clinical services for children under 5 in a center-based setting. You'll carry a caseload of young learners while providing hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to our team of Behavior Technicians. You'll work closely with families, our multidisciplinary team (speech, OT, early intervention), and community partners to deliver high-quality, neurodiversity-affirming ABA services.
This role is available part-time or full-time — we care more about finding the right person than filling a schedule.
What you'll do
Conduct functional assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for children under 5
Provide direct supervision, performance feedback, and ongoing coaching to Behavior Technicians
Review session data, monitor client progress, and adjust programs as needed
Lead parent and caregiver training with warmth, clarity, and cultural responsiveness
Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, and Early Intervention specialists as part of an integrated care model
Support intake, onboarding, and treatment planning for new clients
Participate in team meetings, trainings, and EBCDC's staff development initiatives
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with payer and regulatory requirements
What we're looking for
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field required
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Experience working with children under 5 in a center-based or clinic setting strongly preferred
A genuine love of mentoring and growing early-career clinicians
Strong skills in family engagement and caregiver coaching
Comfort working in a fast-paced, collaborative, multilingual environment
Spanish language proficiency a plus
What we offer
Competitive compensation based on experience (part-time or full-time)
A supportive, mission-driven team community
Collaboration with a multidisciplinary clinical team across ABA, speech, OT, and early intervention
Meaningful supervision and mentorship infrastructure
A client population and program culture built around neurodiversity-affirming, family-centered care
