Now Hiring: Certified RBT / ABAT – Center-Based (Colorado Springs & Parker)
Colorado Behavior and Learning Group (CBLG) is actively hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Applied Behavior Analysis Technicians (ABATs) to support our center-based ABA programs serving children and adolescents (ages 3–21), including individuals with higher support needs.
We are prioritizing candidates who are already certified and offer competitive pay based on certification and experience.
This is a stable, full-time opportunity with consistent hours, strong clinical support, and no requirement for evenings, weekends, or in-home services.
Position Highlights
Guaranteed 30–40 hours per week; no cancellations impacting pay
Consistent daytime schedule, Monday through Friday between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM
No nights or weekends required
Center-based only; no travel or in-home sessions
Ongoing support from on-site BCBAs and clinical leadership
Pay and Growth
$20.00 – $32.00 per hour, based on certification and experience
Advancement opportunities into leveled roles, including Lead, Float, and Supervisor positions
$1,000 annual tuition reimbursement for BCBA coursework
Ongoing supervision and mentorship
Certification and Training
RBT or ABAT certification is strongly preferred
Limited paid training opportunities may be available each month for candidates pursuing certification
Candidates who have completed required certification coursework (such as the 40-hour training) and are working toward certification will be considered
External training resources are available, and guidance can be provided on next steps toward certification
Responsibilities
Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children and adolescents
Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs
Teach communication, social, academic, and daily living skills
Support reduction of challenging behaviors using evidence-based strategies
Collect and document session data
Collaborate with clinical team members and apply feedback
Qualifications
Must be at least 21 years of age in accordance with Colorado licensing requirements
RBT or ABAT certification preferred, or willingness to pursue certification
Comfortable working with adolescents and higher-needs behaviors
Reliable, professional, and receptive to coaching and feedback
Licensing and Compliance Requirements
Must meet all applicable Colorado state licensing requirements for working with children in a clinical setting
Successful completion of background check, drug screening, and any required fingerprinting
Completion of a health evaluation in accordance with licensing requirements (including pre-employment and ongoing requirements as applicable)
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must maintain required certifications and adhere to all company, state, and federal regulations
Physical Requirements
Ability to remain active throughout the day, including standing, kneeling, and movement
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
