We're seeking a passionate, collaborative, and learner-focused Clinician / Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing center-based team in Denver. What You'll Do
As a BCBA, you'll serve as the clinical leader for your caseload and collaborate closely with therapists, families, and interdisciplinary providers to develop meaningful, individualized programming.
Responsibilities include:
Conducting assessments and developing individualized treatment plans
Designing skill acquisition and behavior reduction programming
Providing caregiver training and support
Conducting regular treatment plan reviews and updates
Supporting a positive, learner-centered culture throughout the center
Contributing ideas to improve clinical quality and organizational systems
Collect and analyze data meticulously to track progress and adjust treatment approaches accordingly
Provide clinical supervision and training to behavior technicians and other team members to ensure fidelity of intervention delivery
Perform client intake assessments, develop treatment goals, and coordinate care with families, schools, and other service providers
Maintain accurate medical documentation, behavioral health records, and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations
Support clients during therapy sessions in both clinic and home-based settings when applicable, ensuring consistent application of behavioral strategies

Qualifications
Required:
Current BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Education, Psychology, or related field
Eligibility to practice in Colorado
Experience supervising Behavior Technicians and/or RBTs
Strong written and verbal client communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with families, educators, and healthcare providers
Preferred:
Experience in center-based ABA services
Experience providing caregiver training
Experience with early intervention and school-age programming
Interest in mentorship, training, or leadership development
