Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Schedule:
Position Part-TimeSchedule: Evening
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments (e.g., FBA, VB-MAPP, ABLLS)Design and oversee individualized ABA treatment plansProvide supervision, training, and support to RBTs and behavior techniciansCollaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective careMonitor client progress and update goals based on dataMaintain compliance with ethical, clinical, and regulatory standards
Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Qualifications:
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related fieldExperience developing ABA treatment plans and supervising staffStrong organizational, communication, and leadership skillsA deep commitment to client success and continuous professional improvement
