Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
Proven background in ABA therapy within school, pediatric, or clinical settings
Strong skills in developing, implementing, and adjusting individualized behavior intervention plans
Experience conducting functional behavior assessments and data analysis
Ability to train and support staff, paraprofessionals, and families in ABA strategies
Exceptional interpersonal, documentation, and organizational abilities
Compassionate approach when supporting children with varying abilities and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify behavior challenges and functional needs
Develop, monitor, and revise individualized ABA programs for students
Empower and coach school staff on effective ABA methodologies and best practices
Collect and analyze student data to evaluate progress and make data-driven recommendations
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including general and special education staff
Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with families and administrators
Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations and school policies
