Higher Purpose ABA is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing clinical team in New Jersey. We are committed to providing high-quality, individualized ABA services that create meaningful and lasting progress for children and families.
Responsibilities
Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plansSupervise and support Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)Provide parent training and caregiver supportMonitor client progress and make data-driven treatment modificationsMaintain accurate clinical documentation and session notesCollaborate with families, providers, and interdisciplinary teamsEnsure ethical and professional standards are maintained according to BACB guidelinesQualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standingMust hold an active New Jersey BCBA licenseMaster’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldStrong communication and leadership skillsExperience working with children with autism and developmental disabilities preferredReliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations if requiredWhat We Offer
