The Board Certified Behavior Analyst acts as a program supervisor who educates, observes, assesses, and supervises behavioral service delivery.
Minimum Requirements
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB) Master’s degree in applied behavior analysis, teaching, psychology or related field Preferred experience providing behavior analytic programs and services Complies with all relevant professional standards of practice Current CPR if applicable TB questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable Current Health certificate (per contract or state regulation) Must meet all federal, state and local requirements Must be at least 18 years of agePosition Overview

This position supports adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) in a small, highly structured residential setting.
The role is consultative and supervisory, with limited direct 1:1 therapy. Responsibilities include:
Behavioral program development Staff training and supervision Documentation and regulatory compliance Minimum Qualifications
Active BCBA certification in good standing Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field Minimum 2 years of active BCBA experience (required) Experience supporting adults with IDD and challenging behaviors Strong communication, training, and documentation skills Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment Interview Details
