Responsibilities
Develop and oversee individualized behavior intervention plans based on comprehensive assessments and diagnostic evaluations.Conduct intake assessments, patient evaluations, and ongoing progress monitoring to tailor interventions effectively.Implement evidence-based behavioral therapies with children and individuals with disabilities, focusing on autism spectrum disorder and other developmental challenges.Collect, analyze, and document data meticulously to track client progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure consistency and maximize therapeutic outcomes.Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by managing medical records, documentation, and patient information securely and accurately.Provide training and supervision to behavior technicians and staff to ensure fidelity of interventions and adherence to ethical standards. HeaderQualificationsValid certification as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Proven experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities, especially autism spectrum disorder.Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis (ABA), behavioral therapy techniques, and special education practices.Skilled in data collection methods, patient assessment, behavioral health strategies, and diagnostic evaluation processes.Familiarity with medical terminology, medical documentation procedures, and medical records management under HIPAA guidelines.Excellent communication skills for collaborating with families, educators, healthcare providers, and team members.Ability to manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in documentation and patient care activities.
