Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Experience in school settings, serving elementary and/or secondary students
Ability to maintain professionalism and adaptability in dynamic educational environments
Excellent communication and collaborative skills with staff, students, and families
Willingness to obtain or possess a New Mexico RLD License prior to start date
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective behavioral intervention plans tailored to student needs
Conduct functional behavioral assessments and ongoing data collection
Collaborate with school psychologists, teachers, and support staff to support IEP teams
Provide professional guidance and training for teachers and paraprofessionals
Communicate progress and recommendations clearly with families and educational teams
Maintain records in accordance with school and state regulatory standards
