We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a growing ABA provider serving children and families throughout Los Angeles County.
Our service areas include the San Fernando Valley, South Los Angeles, Central Los Angeles, West Los Angeles, and surrounding Los Angeles County communities.
This opportunity is designed for clinicians who want more than just a caseload. We are looking for professionals who want to grow, take on greater clinical responsibility, and potentially advance into leadership roles such as Clinical Director or Regional Clinical Director.

Your Role
The BCBA will oversee clinical programming and ensure that clients receive effective, individualized ABA services.
Primary responsibilities include:
Conducting behavioral assessments and Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
Developing individualized treatment plans based on client needs
Reviewing and updating behavioral programs as clinically appropriate
Monitoring client progress through ongoing data analysis
Supervising Mid-Level Supervisors and Behavior Technicians
Providing clinical feedback, coaching, and staff development
Conducting caregiver and parent training
Preparing progress reports and other required clinical documentation
Collaborating with families, caregivers, schools, and other professionals when appropriate
Evaluating treatment effectiveness and recommending clinical modifications
Ensuring treatment is delivered according to ethical and professional standards
Participating in clinical meetings and case consultations
Supporting staff with treatment implementation and challenging clinical situations
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing
Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, Child Development, or a related discipline
Knowledge of evidence-based ABA treatment practices
Experience providing clinical supervision
Ability to develop and oversee individualized treatment programs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Experience using electronic clinical documentation or data collection systems
Reliable transportation
Valid driver's license
Current automobile insurance
Ability to successfully complete required background screening
Current TB clearance or ability to obtain clearance
Bilingual Spanish-speaking candidates are highly encouraged to apply but bilingual ability is not required.
