Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) to join our growing team in a fully remote capacity. This role is ideal for a clinician who is passionate about delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services and is available during consistent afternoon and early evening hours (4:00 PM – 8:00 PM).
The BCBA/LBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans, supervising ABA programs, and providing clinical oversight to behavior technicians and/or case staff.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
Develop, implement, and update individualized treatment and behavior intervention plans
Provide remote supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs/behavior technicians
Analyze behavioral data and adjust treatment plans based on progress
Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams
Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, ethical standards, and state licensure requirements
Provide caregiver training and support as needed
Required Qualifications
Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Or current Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in applicable state
Minimum 1–2 years of experience working as a BCBA/LBA in ABA services
Experience delivering supervision and clinical oversight
Strong understanding of ABA principles, data analysis, and behavior intervention planning
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience providing telehealth ABA services
Schedule
Services will be taking place Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM (local time)
open to weekend only availability or in addition to.
Occasional flexibility may be required based on client needs
