Key Qualifications:
Active BCBA certification required
Must possess (or be able to provide) a valid CDE license or COOL documentation with your application
Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral interventions within school settings

Experience supporting elementary-aged children preferred
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver ABA-based interventions and support services across two elementary schools
Conduct behavioral assessments, develop/implement individualized intervention plans, and monitor student progress
Collaborate with school teams, including teachers, counselors, and administration, to facilitate a positive learning environment
Provide training and guidance to school staff on behavioral strategies and best practices
Keep thorough and timely documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
Serve as a resource for families, offering strategies and recommendations to support students growth both at school and home
This position starts August 4, 2026, and runs through May 21, 2027, with a 36-hour workweek that allows for meaningful connections without excessive overtime demands.
