Step into a fulfilling full-time contract opportunity supporting K-12 students across multiple school sites. Use your expertise as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to collaborate across a diverse educational setting, empowering staff and ensuring successful implementation of behavioral programs. From August 2026 through May 2027, you’ll serve as a valued resource district-wide, providing guidance and support especially within behavior and autism programs—without the demands of a direct caseload.
As the BCBA, you will be instrumental in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs), developing and refining Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs), and offering supervision for two Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). Your insights will influence positive outcomes for both students and staff while you work exclusively in person within a cohesive educational team.
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
Active BCBA certification in Colorado and current CDE eligibility
Demonstrated success in a school setting or working with K-12 students
Experience with FBAs and crafting practical BIPs
Prior supervisory experience, especially overseeing RBTs, is highly preferred
Strong interpersonal and consultative skills
