What You’ll Need:
Active BCBA certification with current Colorado state licensure
CDE credentials ready and verified
Experience supporting behavior and autism programs in educational environments
Ability to oversee and mentor RBTs effectively
Strong communication and team collaboration skills
Capacity to travel between school sites as needed
Willingness to be fully onsite; remote or hybrid arrangements not available
