Embark on an exciting opportunity as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in a school-based setting, supporting students across two elementary schools. Key Qualifications:
Holds current and active BCBA certification (required)
Possesses a valid Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license or COOL documentation (must be submitted with your resume to qualify for interview consideration)
Demonstrates expertise in delivering functional behavioral assessments, developing positive behavior support plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions within educational environments
Previous experience working in elementary schools preferred
Strong collaborative skills and ability to contribute effectively within multidisciplinary teams
Excellent communication skills for interacting with staff, students, and families
Primary Responsibilities:
Serve two elementary schools as the onsite BCBA, supporting student behavioral and academic success
Conduct functional behavioral assessments (FBAs) and skill assessments
Develop and monitor data-driven applied behavior analysis (ABA) intervention plans
Train and consult with school personnel, including teachers, paraprofessionals, and related service providers
Evaluate program effectiveness, adjusting supports as needed based on behavioral data
Attend IEP meetings, document progress, and ensure compliance with school and state guidelines
